Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number in order to honor the following warranty. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling 513-563-4220.

RETURN POLICY
Shoes and clothing items can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are in original, unworn, or unused condition. Returns made in store must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns made via mail must be accompanied by sales receipt and a return authorization number.
Make sure your shoes fit properly and without pain before wearing them to work. We cannot accept soiled, scraped, scuffed, or worn shoes for return.

WARANTY POLICY
If a manufacturer’s defect or material failure occurs within 90 days of purchase, shoes will be replaced or repaired.
If a manufacturer’s defect or material failure occurs within 180 days of purchase, a partial store credit will be issued based on the condition of the shoes and extent of wear. Credit will not be issued for excessive wear, abuse, cuts, abrasion, chemical or acid burns. Issued credits can only be used toward purchases made in one of our stores. No refunds will be issued. Fit issues are not part of the warranty.
