Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and a return authorization number in order to honor the following warranty. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling 513-563-4220.

New unworn returns will be accepted for up to 30 days from date of purchase. 

If a manufacturer's defect or material failure occurs within 6 months from date of purchase, we will replace or repair the shoes free of charge.

Credit will not be issued for excessive wear, abuse, cuts, abrasion, chemical or acid burns.

Be sure your shoes fit properly and without pain before wearing them to work. We can not accept soiled, scraped, scuffed, or worn shoes for return. Fit issues are not part of the warranty.
